SOLUTION: This controller has a secondary voltage generating means which generates a secondary DC voltage according to an AC input voltage, a voltage drop detecting means which detects the AC input voltage dropping, and a data saving function part which has a function of saving data when the drop in the AC input voltage is detected. In this case, if the AC input voltage drops, no remaining electric power is unwittingly consumed, so the electric power which is large enough to save the data can be supplied to the data saving function part.
