Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the appearance of a resin panel with a lid and secure its rigidity by eliminating weld lines. SOLUTION: In an instrument panel, a plurality of locking pieces of an airbag lid are locked into a plurality of locking holes 27 formed in spaced apart relation around an opening 5 in an instrument panel body 3, so that the airbag lid is mounted in the opening 5 in the instrument panel body 3. Ribs 31 are provided integrally with the back of the instrument panel body 3 by hardening of flowing resin during injection molding of the instrument panel body 3. Starting from the peripheral edge of the opening 5, the ribs 31 pass between adjacent locking holes 27 and extend continuously toward the sides of the locking holes 27 opposite from the opening 5.
