Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a resin concrete pipe with a reinforcement in a short period of time continuously at a low cost. SOLUTION: A resin concrete is continuously filled in a space between a core 9 and a first external mold 8. Then, a plurality of vertical bars 11 which constitute a reinforcement mesh M are continuously fed in a space between the external surface of a pipe internal layer P1 formed by the resin concrete filled in the space and the internal surface of the first external mold 8. A hoop bar which constitutes the reinforcement mesh M is continuously and spirally wound around the vertical bars 11 which are pulled out together with the pipe internal layer P1 from the first external mold 8, and the hoop bar is fixed. Then, the resin concrete is continuously filled in a second external mold 25 and a space between the pipe internal layer P1 and the second external mold 25. Then, after the pipe external layer P2 and the pipe internal layer P1 are integrally molded while pinching the reinforcement mesh M on the outside of the pipe internal layer P1, the resin concrete molded pipe K is cut by a specified length.
