Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work and a work bench set-up method and a machine tool, capable of setting up a work and a work bench without hands, shortening the work time including the positioning (set-up) operation time for the work and the work bench, and improving the machining efficiency. SOLUTION: An engagement part 5 connected to the work bench 1 and an engagement part 4 provided on a casing 3 of a machining tool bed 2 are engaged, and then with the engagement kept, the machining tool bed 2 is reciprocated to move the work bench 1.
