HARDWARE RESOURCE ACQUISITION METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardware resource acquisition method and device for ensuring a minimum hardware resource amount for all resource applications provided by system and assigning many more hardware resources to resource applications having many demands at the same time. SOLUTION: When a rate of use of hardware resources having already been acquired by the same resource application as a resource application of a produced hardware resource acquisition request exceeds a prescribed threshold value, since hardware resources having not been acquired yet among the hardware resources in the system is acquired as resource applications of the hardware resource acquisition request, the resource applications assigned to each subscriber system trunk card vary with a state of hardware resource acquisition requests from users, and thus many more hardware resources are assigned to resource applications having many demands so as to attain the efficient hardware resource assignment thereby distributing loads to many subscriber system trunk cards.
