Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler with a thermo siphon having a relatively simple structure by reducing junction portions of configuration members and an internal boiling surface which is surely made a rough surface by using a hollow push-out type material. SOLUTION: In order to connect a condensing portion with an evaporating portion, a cooling passage member consisting of an extrusion material in which a plurality of passages are formed is directly brazed to the condensing portion arranged in lamination via a corrugated fin and so is an evaporating passage member. The passage members for cooling are sandwiched through a U type header member for covering a notch portion arranged at a main surface of the member and for forming an opening at a thickness end surface and a corrugated fin for cooling and integrated to form a condensing portion.
