Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell using an ion exchange membrane having a large ion exchange capacity and high performance, durable for actual use, by supplementing the weakness of mechanical strength of the ion exchange membrane with electrodes. SOLUTION: A positive electrode 2 and a negative electrode 3 are made porous, and a part of the ion exchange membrane 4 is penetrated into the porous part of the positive electrode and the negative electrode to mechanically integrate them. Thereby, the weakness of mechanical strength of the ion exchange membrane is supplemented with the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and this bonding laminate of the electrode and the membrane usable for industrial electrolytic cell and fuel cell is formed.
