LINE LENGTH DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a huge time is required for a line length confirming work since display contents to be displayed on a display means are complicated according as design contents on a printed circuit board are complicated. SOLUTION: This line length display device is provided with a design information data base 11 in which coordinate information indicating the start coordinate and end coordinate of a print pattern on a printed circuit board and pattern design information constituted of pattern classification information indicating the classification of a print pattern is stored so as to be made correspond to the coordinate information, a control part 19 for screen-displaying the print pattern at a display part 16 based on the pattern design information, a pattern identifying part 12 for identifying the print pattern on the printed circuit board based on the pattern design information, and a pattern line length calculating part 13 for calculating the line length of each identified print pattern. The control part 19 screen-displays the identified print pattern as a line length pattern 51 with prescribed length, and screen-displays the line length value corresponding to the print pattern near the display area of the line length pattern.
