TRANSACTION PROCESSING SYSTEM HAVING SERVICE LEVEL CONTROLLING MECHANISM AND PROGRAM FOR THE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of services in compliance with a service level contract in a transaction processing system. SOLUTION: This transaction processing system includes a SLA database 113 that stores contract information defined in correspondence with services that this system provides, request queues 110, 111 that arrange, for every provided service, a processing request sent, from a client, for a provided service in a sequence to store it, a queuing status detecting part 112 that acquires holding information on the processing request stored in these queuing means, and a scheduler 104 that determines the priority of the processing request issued from the client to the transaction processing system with reference to the contract information and the holding information on the processing request.
