Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time synchronizing method capable of securing a time lag caused by the accuracy of a system watch of a user within a necessary range when distributing standard time from a server in a standard time distributing center, and detecting and dealing with alteration in time by the user side; a system therefor; and a time synchronizing program medium. SOLUTION: When the standard time of the server 20 in the time distributing center is distributed to a user server 30, a client terminal 31 and the like, a certifying time limit key 50 with a securing period securing the standard time for a specified period is distributed together, thereby securing the distributed standard time.
