SOLUTION: This device comprises a schema conversion part 103 for converting the extensible schema into an original extensible schema, a meta information schema for showing meta information of an extended part, and an attribute value schema for showing an attribute value of the extended part, and a permanent data storage part 111 for accumulating information expressed by the original extensible schema, the meta information schema for showing the meta information of the extended part, and the attribute value schema for showing the attribute value of the extended part, and information expressed by the static schema. In the device, the data defined as the static schema are accessed by following an interface definition determined from the static schema, and the data in the extended part among the data defined as the extensible schema are accessed by an interface determined from the meta information schema and the attribute value schema.
