CORROSION DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM FOR TANK STEEL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion diagnostic system for a tank steel plate that can shortly make an analytic diagnosis, which has been conventionally impossible in the field of tank inspection, and report diagnostic results early by virtue of use, from the field, of the corrosion diagnostic system installed in a diagnostic center in a remote place. SOLUTION: A plate thickness measuring means 1 having a measuring part 2 and a storing part 3 measures the plate thickness of a steel plate of a tank 4, and a communicating means communicates measurement data stored in the storing part 3 to the diagnostic center B. In the diagnostic center B, a filter part 5 eliminates noise data indeterminable to be a correct measured value to prepare plate thickness data determinable to be correct, and according to the plate thickness data, a corrosion analyzing part 6 analyzes a state of corrosion of the steel plate of the tank 4. According to the state of corrosion of the steel plate of the tank 4 analyzed by the corrosion analyzing part 6, the corrosion is diagnosed and the diagnostic results are communicated to a customer side A by a communicating means.
