Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for controlling gas temperature in a boiler outlet, which suppresses the temperature of gas at the outlet of a boiler body so as to be lower than a set value and prevents damages and lowering of denitrification performance of a duct located downstream of the boiler body outlet. SOLUTION: A temperature detector 12 for detecting gas temperature in the outlet of the boiler body 1 is disposed therein. An air introduction system 14 for introducing atmospheric air is disposed midway of a duct 13 at the downstream of the outlet of the boiler body 1. When the gas temperature at the outlet of the boiler body 1 exceeds the set value, air is directed into the duct 13 from the system 14.
