CATALYST PLATE AND CATALYST COMBUSTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst plate used in a catalyst combustion device and the catalyst plate where cracks due to repetition of thermal expansion and contraction during use hardly occur to the catalyst plate. SOLUTION: The catalyst plate 22 where a cross groove 21 is formed in a front face 23 and a rear-face 25 is employed. The catalyst plate is held at a frame assembly 40 with which a frame 30 made of a metal is combined to form a catalyst combustion panel 20. Since a thermal stress can be absorbed in the groove 21, cracks can be prevented from occurring, and even if a crack should be caused, the crack propagates along the groove 21 so that a commercial value is prevented from being degraded by the occurrence of irregular cracks and combustion efficiency can be prevented from being lowered.
