Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that it is impossible to check where and how the char is filled inside a pipe since a conventional powder transport pipe is formed of an opaque material, any abrasion cannot be detected before the pipe is abraded and any hole is opened in a pipe wall in a transport pipe with a spacer having a pressurized chamber inserted inside thereof, and transparent plastic cannot be used for a hot and highly abrasive powdery and granular material such as char. SOLUTION: At least a part of a pipe for transporting the powdery and granular material is formed of transparent plastic, and the transparent plastic contains either of, or at least two or particles, short fibers and long fibers. The powdery and granular material transport pipe comprises a cylindrical pipe, a blind flange provided on both ends of the cylindrical pipe, and an opening part having a flange provided on a barrel part of the cylindrical pipe.
