Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an opening and closing body of a vehicle capable of changing an opening of the opening and closing body to an arbitrary value by an occupant's operation, variably setting the opening (value of designated amount) to a proper value corresponding to the existence/ absence of a rain visor in the case of setting the opening and closing body in a window, and improving the operational efficiency in changing a value of designated amount in the course of executing the first designated operation. SOLUTION: In the opening and closing body provided in the vehicle, a control means 20 controls an opening changing means 16 to change the opening of the opening and closing body by a designated amount by an occupant's one operation to an operating means 3. The control means is provided with a designated amount changing means for changing the value of designated amount according to the occupant's first designated operation to operating means 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 and a restrain means for restraining execution of temporary suspension and stop after the opening and closing body is changed by designated amount in the course of executing the first designated operation.
