Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high utilization of biogas. SOLUTION: The utilization of biogas comprises the following practice: the biogas is mixed with an auxiliary fuel fas and air according to both the feed and components of the biogas so as to adjust the mixing amounts thereof, thus preparing a mixed gas including the biogas and having a given calorific value, and utilizing the mixed gas as a fuel gas. The other objective equipment for utilizing such a biogas includes an LPG gasifier 6 (an auxiliary fuel gas feed means) for mixing the biogas with a desired amount of an auxiliary fuel gas, a venturi mixer 8 (an air mixing means) for mixing the biogas with a desired amount of air, a gas meter 4 (a biogas amount detective means) for detecting the feed of the biogas, a calorific value detective means for easily detecting the calorific value of the biogas, and a control means functioning to control both the auxiliary fuel gas feed means and the air mixing means based on the detection results from these means; wherein as a simple device for the calorific value detective means, a CO2 gas analyzer 2 is used.
