Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic composition having moisture-retaining effect and hair-protecting effect, capable of preventing, relieving and improving drying, chapping, cracking, wrinkles and inflammatory diseases of the skin and effective against dryness of hair, unoiled hair, split hair and breakage of hair and capable of imparting gloss to hair. SOLUTION: A humectant, a chapped skin-improving agent and a hair- protecting agent are each characterized by including a collagen obtained by extraction from pigment-free skin. The cosmetic composition comprises the humectant, the chapped skin-improving agent or/and the hair/protecting agent.
