SOLUTION: The large-sized ceramic base plate 10 comprises a plurality of base plates by forming individual dividing grooves 20 and 30 and dividing along the grooves 20 and 30 so that the partial vicinity where the grooves 20 and 30 are crossed becomes deeper than the other part.
