Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cam die used for press machining into a unit symmetrically to the center line, reduce mold assembling time and machining man-hours, and enable free change of the actuation angle of a slide cam and incorporation of a C-type frame device body at a free angle. SOLUTION: (a) A double cam mechanic housing box is provided on the upper mold which is a cam mold. A pair of detachable/attachable backing holder and A/B detachable/attachable punch is provided on the housing box. Sliding devices movable at an angle of 180 degree (±90 degree × 2) in the horizontal direction are installed symmetrically to the center line. (b) By the same means in (a), sliding devices movable at an angle of 90 degree (±45 degree ×2) in the horizontal direction are installed symmetrically to the center line, wherein the slide angle can be changed in the 0 to 45 degree range. (c) While countermeasures against malfunctions are incorporated into a C-type frame, a detachable/attachable graduated circle, a leg part supporting frame and a leg part supporting block are provided on the C-type frame leg part so as to enable incorporation of the C-type frame device body at a free angle. |
