Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus in which the combined ionized water prepared by mixing alkaline ionized water with acidic ionized water is used as a cleaning/washing liquid. SOLUTION: Alkaline ionized water and acid ionized water are produced by an ionized water producing means 7 and stored in an alkaline ionized water storage tank 15 and an acidic ionized water storage tank 17, respectively. The combined ionized water containing the alkaline ionized water and the acidic ionized water at the ratio appropriate to the article to be cleaned is prepared by taking out the alkaline ionized water and the acidic ionized water at the prescribed ratio from the tanks 15 and 17 respectively by a combined ionized water preparing means 40 connected to the tanks 15 and 17 while flow rate adjusting valves 21a, 21b are interposed, respectively. The combined ionized water thus prepared is supplied to a cleaning means 2 as the cleaning liquid to clean the article to be cleaned.
