Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a high precision tomograph image even if an angle of incidence to an optical fiber of a low interferential light and an angle of irradiation to a specimen is not vertical. SOLUTION: An imaging system includes a light guiding means having a plurality of optical fibers which guides the low interferential light to the specimen side and guides a reflected light. The low interferential light is guided in turn to a end face of a predetermined optical fibers in a vertical state to change an emitting position and the reflected light reflected from the specimen side is detected in order. The reflected light detected and a reference light generated by the low interferential light are caused to interfere and an interference signal corresponding to the interference light caused to interfere is extracted to perform processing of the interference signal. The tomograph image is formed in a depth direction of the specimen by an optical scanning means and a means to change an optical transmission time of the reference light side or the reflected light side. |
