Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical and efficient vibration control structure in a rigid framed structure having a large span beam to be planned for a multiple-dwelling house, and, a structure which is considered a means enabling the free drawing-around of a facility piping system necessary for as house uses and replaceability after a large earthquake. SOLUTION: In the framed structure comprising by arranging side by side an outer post 4 and a tie beam 5 of a short span to be connected to the outer post at both sides of the rigid structure having the large span beam 2, a damper member 7 composed of steel having an extremely low yielding point is provided to a part or the whole part of the tie beam 5 of the short span.
