SOLUTION: A toilet counter 1 arranged on the wall face of a western-style toilet is provided by adjoining a stool 2. The handrail 18 which can be used when one takes a seat on the lavatory seat or stands up from the lavatory seat is provided by being integrally molded on a top board 3 of the counter. The top board 3 is formed of an artificial marble so as to be integral with a hand washing bowl 6. The handrail 18 is projected to the stool 2 side or upward from the top board 3 of the counter and is integrally molded with the top board 3 of the counter.
