Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve or cancel the deterioration of linearity near the upper and lower limits of a dynamic range, to further enlarge the dynamic range of an amplification voltage, to effectively utilize a voltage supplied from a power source over the entire width and to secure a practically sufficiently wide dynamic-range. SOLUTION: Even when an output voltage waveform is to become dull due to response characteristics and impedance, etc., inevitably existing in a differential amplifier circuit F1, the dull components are corrected by two pairs of differential pairs D1 and D2 and two pairs of current mirrors M1 and M2 in this linearity improving circuit F2. Also, the linearity improving circuit F2 is realized by simple circuit constitution for which the total of eight simple transistors are combined.
