Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for monitoring an industrial controller by using a portable wireless device. SOLUTION: A system (10) and the method for controlling and monitoring the industrial controller by using the portable wireless device (34) are disclosed. This system includes a programmable logic controller(PLC) (16), a local server (22) for exchanging communication with the PLC, an Internet service provider(ISP) server (28) for exchanging communication with the local server by using the Internet, and a wireless user communication device for exchanging communication with the ISP server. A user monitors the operation of the PLC through the Internet by using the wireless user communication device and inputs control commands to the PLC.
