SOLUTION: In a factory production system to manufacture the piston assembly 10 of the hydraulic buffer, the piston assembly 10 is manufactured by providing a first step 21 to form a piston body 5 by sintering, a second step 22 to form a seal mold part 14 on the sintered piston body 5, a third step 23 to classify the pistons to their kinds (article numbers) by stamping orifices 13 on the piston bodies 5 having the seal mold parts 14 formed on them, and a fourth step 24 to separately assemble each kind of valves 6-8 to the piston body 5 having the orifice 13 formed on it.
