PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ameliorating agent for lipid metabolism. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition having lipid metabolism ameliorating effects comprises a compound represented by formula (I) [wherein, R denotes (1) amino which may be substituted with a substituent selected from an alkyl which may have a substituent and an aralkyl which may have a substituent or (2) a five or seven-membered cyclic amino which may have a substituent; X denotes a hydrocarbon which may have a substituent, hydroxy which may have a substituent, thiol which may have a substituent or amino which may have a substituent; the mark (II) denotes single bond or double bond; Y denotes O or S; and n denotes an integer of 1-5], a salt thereof or a prodrug thereof.
