Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding band which can be recycled or used repeatedly, secures safety necessitating the use of a user's exclusive tool in releasing, can be used in a value added manner by securing the safety and by providing the same with a crime preventive part and which can be used for various purposes other than binding. SOLUTION: This relates to a winding band provided on its one end with a head part having an insertion hole through which a tip end is to be inserted and a lock means for locking the inserted end relative to the hole. On a part of the head, an insertion hole for a releasing means is formed reaching the lock means. In the insertion hole only an original exclusive key can be inserted as a releasing means for enabling the releasing operation of the lock means. A security label, an IC tag, or an amorphous metal band antenna for reacting a crime preventive gate, etc., is partially provided.
