SOLUTION: This independently driven four wheeled motorized wheelchair capable of climbing up and down stairs is composed so that it can climb up and down stairs like an inchworm by attaching each driving wheel 4 and idle wheel 6 to respective links and combining a link motion with a set of the idle wheels 6 and a drive by the driving wheels 4.
