Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windshield device for an automobile, particularly for an automobile with an awning roof, requiring a less number of parts and a lower manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The windshield device comprises a lower frame 2 fixable to the automobile a fixing means 5, an upper frame 3 pivotally and rockingly supported on the lower frame 2 with a pivotal shaft 12 as a supporting point, and at least one windshield member 4 formed of a flexible flat material and mounted on the frames 2, 3. Both frames 2, 3 are formed into a C shape with their openings opposed to the pivotal shaft 12 and one common windshield member 4 is provided on both frames 2, 3 and fixed to both frames 2, 3.
