SOLUTION: Baffle plates 31 and 32 are arranged in 2 rows at a certain interval along the longitudinal direction of an aeration tank 2 at fixed positions of the aeration tank 2 in the tank width direction, an air diffuser 3 is provided between one of the baffle plate 31 and the tank wall adjacent to the baffle plate 31, air is diffused from the diffuser 3 and turning flows 34 and 35 circulating by the flow of a treating liquid in the aeration tank 2 toward another baffle plate 32 with the resultant ascending flow 33 are generated to mix and stir the treating liquid. |
