Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method of waste water containing boron. SOLUTION: A solution containing boric acid, solid boric acid or a solid boron compound and reduced in sulfate ions can be obtained by adding a barium compound and/or a strontium compound to the waste water containing sulfate acidic boron to precipitate the sulfate ions as barium sulfate and/or strontium sulfate. The solution containing boric acid, solid boric acid and the solid boron containing compound can be obtained in such a simple manner that the optimum adding volume can be determined by using easily measured parameters such as pH and conductivity as an index without directly measuring the sulfate ions in the waste by using a specified compound such as barium hydroxide or strontium hydroxide as the barium compound or the strontium compound.
