SOLUTION: In a double refraction optical waveguide device 80a used in this optical control type phased array antenna device, an optical waveguide 43a by different double refraction, which consists of optical waveguides 44a-1 to 44a-N for controlling the phases of a plurality of N pieces of optical signals, is formed on a double refraction optical waveguide substrate 40, so as to make the aspect ratios of the cores of the individual optical waveguides different from one another so as to make the double refractions of the individual optical waveguides different from one another, while having mutually prescribed phase differences. |
