SOLUTION: In this non-reciprocal circuit element provided with an assembly 20, provided with a central conductor and a ferromagnetic substance and an electrode material 14a, in a magnetic circuit constructed by arranging a permanent magnet between an upper yoke 1 and a lower yoke 12, the lower yoke 12 and the electrode material 14a are a laminate united by cladding at least two or more kinds of metallic materials.
