SOLUTION: A magnetic material layer and a conductor layer are laminated into a laminate, and the laminate is based into an impedance device equipped with a spiral conductor coil in the magnetic substance. The thickest part of an external electrode located on conductor lead-out surfaces each serving as an external electrode applying surface, corners, and all surfaces adjoining to the conductor lead-out surfaces is above 0 μm to below 20 μm.
