Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pivot mounting assembly making compensation capable almost in no relation to a turn direction of weight of a supporting load. SOLUTION: This pivot mounting assembly includes a pivot arm 5 hinge connected to a pivot base 3 to mount a load adjustably in a vertical direction. In the assembly, a first force applier 13 whose first operating end is connected by hinge to the pivot arm 5 and whose second operating end 17 is supported onto the pivot base gives anti-torque moment canceling the torque given by a load on the pivot arm. The pivot base is provided with a support surface 27 movable with a support position 49 relating to the second operating end. A second force applier 36 is provided to generate force for moving the second operating end of the first force applier.
