SOLUTION: The coating material with which the stainless steel core wire of the stainless steel coated electrode is coated contains, by the total mass of the coating material, 2.5 to 10 mass% metal carbonate in terms of CO2, 25 to 45 mass% titanium oxide in terms of TiO2, 1.5 to 7 mass% metal fluoride in terms of F and 15 to 30 mass% silicic acid compound in terms of SiO2, further contains 3 to 18 mass%, in total, 1 or >=2 kinds selected from the group consisting of iron oxide, chromium oxide, nickel oxide and manganese oxide and is regulated in metallic powder to |
