SOLUTION: In the tip part 18a and the rear end part 18b of the developed coil 18, the coil is planarly developed on a conveyer 16 so that each ring part 14 is overlapped at a ring pitch P1 for dense layers. In the middle part 18c of the developed coil 18, the coil is planarly developed on the conveyer 16 so that each ring part 14 is overlapped at a ring pitch P for steady-state layers which is larger than that for dense layers. The tip part 18a and the rear end part 18b of the developed coil 18 are covered with heat insulating covers 24. |
