SOLUTION: In a hemomanometer for measuring blood pressure by detecting the pressure change generated in a cuff when the cuff mounted on a wrist is pressurized to oppress the wrist, the wrist is oppressed by pressure lower than that applied when blood pressure is measured and the pressure pulsation generated in the cuff is detected to measure a pulse rate and, when the measured data exceeds a predetermined value, blood pressure is measured to minimize the load to the examinee to realize the periodic or appropriate measurement of blood pressure. |
