Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the 2-circuit cooling type liquid-cooled cooling device of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: In the liquid-cooled cooling device of the internal combustion engine, dedicated thermally-actuated valves 13 and 15 are disposed at the rear stage of a cylinder head and a cylinder block, respectively, to set the amount of the coolant flowing through a coolant passage in the cylinder head 10 and a coolant passage in the cylinder block 11. The thermally-actuated valve of the cylinder head is designed to open at a temperature lower than a temperature at which the thermally-actuated valve of the cylinder block is open.
