Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and efficiently produce ball-shaped Takoyakis using an existing device for baking bell-shaped Takoyaki. SOLUTION: The objective method for forming Takoyaki to spherical shape comprises the following process: pieces of Takoyaki of temple bell shape baked in advance are fed into between a receiving plate 3 provided with a groove 4 whose section is spherical with its upper half open and receiving such pieces of Takoyaki T of temple bell shape and a rotation-imparting device 5 provided with a groove 6 whose section is spherical with its lower half open and set against the groove 4 and functioning to roll pieces of Takoyaki through imparting them with rotation, and the device 5 is moved along the groove 4 to convey the pieces of Takoyaki under rotation between the grooves 4 and 6, thus forming the pieces of Takoyaki to spherical shape.
