Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode which will not give rise to performance degradation like capacity drop or deterioration in cycle performance in a cell using lithium with fluorine based resin as a binder. SOLUTION: A vacuum container 35, a vacuum pump 36, and lithium blocks 37, 38 are provided in diagram (a), and the lithium blocks 37, 38 are put into the vacuum container 35, and also are approached and separated from each other by a pressing machine or an equivalent machine. Then, a positive pole plate 20 applied in advance is arranged between the lithium blocks 37 and 38, the lithium blocks 37 and 38 are brought together by vacuuming till a prescribed vacuum degree. Here, since the lithium blocks 37 and 38 are soft or made soft enough at this time, the positive pole plate 20 is buried in the lithium blocks 37 and 38, fluorine elimination process is operated in diagram (b). Diagram (c) is represented shows a pulled-out positive pole plate 20B, which represents a defluorinated positive pole plate.
