INFORMATION MANAGEMENT METHOD AND DEVICE AND RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDING THAT PROCESSING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of not only collecting and providing objective onsite information including surrounding information to lead to an event in the case of occurrence of a prescribed event but also facilitating an efficient and fair follow-up process for the event. SOLUTION: When a prescribed event occurs, an information management method manages notice information informed by an informer. The method is provided with a step of receiving from a notice unit the notice information including identification information to identify the informer in the case of occurrence of the prescribed event and position information to indicate the position of the informer, the step of getting onsite information showing the onsite status from an information recording unit installed nearby the onsite indicated by the position information of the informer received by the notice unit, and the step of adding the onsite information obtained from the information recording unit to the notice information received from the notice unit and storing it.
