Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a restaurant manager to provide a drink perfect for a great variety of dishes as if he employs a sommelier or the like, and to enable a customer to select the drink in accord with his own taste and the dishes even if the customer has no deep insight into combination of the dish and a drink. SOLUTION: This system has a service terminal device 100 and a choice/order management device 104. The service terminal device 100 is set in a customer's seat of a restaurant and has an order acceptance/guidance display device 101. The choice/order management device 104 has a database 110 storing a menu for the dishes capable of being provided; an item/attribute information registration database 111 for the drink suitable for the dish previously selected by an expert knowledge holder; a stock database 112 having contents concerning an attribute, a quantity, a selling price or the like of the drink; and a means accepting an order from the service terminal device 100, and choosing and displaying the drink perfect for the dishes in consideration of a budget and taste of the customer.
