Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing preventing device for a container crane having the simple structure and facilitated in maintenance. SOLUTION: A swing regulator 3 for regulating the swing of a wire rope 4 with a contact with each wire rope is provided between a trolley 1 of the container crane and a container holder 2 fitted to a tip of the plural number of wire ropes suspended from the trolley 1. Amplitude can be reduced by shortening the length of the swinging ropes.
