Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a heavy accessory by improving working efficiency. SOLUTION: A flange part 13 of a base part 9 for retaining a fitting arm 2 of a sun visor is inserted in an opposite hole 20 of a head liner 4, a base part 9 is rotated by 90 deg., and the end of the flange part 13 is engaged with the inner edge of the opposite hole 20 so as to be fixed thereto temporarily. The flange part 13 is inserted into a fitting hole 22 of a roof panel 5, only the base part 9 is rotated by 90 deg., and the end of the flange part 13 is engaged with the inner edge of the fitting hole 22 so as to fix the base part 9 to the roof panel 5. The headliner 4 is fixed by being clamped between the flange part 13 and the roof panel 5. Two positioning bosses 18 of a cap part 14 penetrate through a positioning hole 21 and a boss hole 19 and are inserted into the fitting hole 22, and the cap part 14 is fixed to the base part 9 by the lock part 15.
