Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire bead of a tough structure and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The bead forms a spiral hexagonal bead including a bead core of a hexagonal sectional form formed from a single filament for the bead core wound continuously to form at least three layers consisting of layered continuous rows each having two or more continuous concentric windings. The bead core wire has a coating of cured rubber, uncured rubber or elastomer material. A first annular wrap of a bead wrapping wire is spirally wound around the bead core in a first direction.
