Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computed tomography photographing system with which only the tomographic images of a desired electrocardiac phase and a respiratory phase are obtained while reducing an exposure amount. SOLUTION: This X-ray computed tomography photographing system is provided with a pedestal rotary mechanism 3 for rotating and driving an X-ray tube 1 in an opposite state to an X-ray detector 2 across a subject, an X-ray control part 7 for supplying power to the X-ray tube 1 for X-ray emission and a re-constituting unit 13 for re-constituting the tomographic image based on data which are detected by the X-ray detector 2. The system is also provided with an electrocardiograph or a respirometer 22 for measuring one of the electrocardiac waveform and the respiratory waveform of the subject and a scanning control part 20 for controlling the X-ray control part 7 to supply power from the control part 7 to the X-ray tube 1 only when the phase is the specified phase based on the measurement result of the electrocardiograph or the respirometer 22 while rotating the X-ray tube 1 by controlling the pedestal rotary mechanism by conrolling the pedestal rotary mechanism 3.
