Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delivery information, in a moving object, to/from a network system outside the moving object. SOLUTION: When a user carries a mobile terminal and gets on a train 10, the user uses the mobile terminal to request an in-train network to connect therewith and enters a registration ID and its password. Then a server 26 decides whether or not the registration ID and the password are right, the server permits connection to the in-train network when they are right, starts the calculation of the connection charge and the user uses the in-train network to receive various information items from an information communication system at the outside of the train.
